A personal approach to healing

I’m Jessica, a Health Coach helping people improve their health through simple and sustainable lifestyle changes.

For years, I struggled with hormonal imbalances, low energy, headaches, and skin issues. Six years ago, I was hospitalised with Covid-19, which led to Long Covid, ME/CFS and MCAS. At my worst, I was housebound and needed full-time care.

Frustrated by the lack of meaningful support and tired of being told there was nothing to be done, I began searching for answers, immersing myself in research and working with naturopathic practitioners. Over time, I came to understand what drives symptoms, what supports healing, and how small, consistent changes can create real shifts in your quality of life.

I later trained with the College of Naturopathic Medicine, adding to my personal journey with structured, evidence-based understanding taught by knowledgeable professionals. Now it's my privilege to work with those looking to transform their lives as I did.
